Duncan Gibb

 Chief Executive Officer

Joined the club in 2013 and set about implementing an ambitious plan to secure WSL status by 2018/19 and move the club towards a structure in keeping with the men’s arm of the club

Dave Cholerton

Academy Director

Joined the club in 2002 firstly as a coach before being appointed to become the clubs first ever Academy Director. Responsible for all teams from Under 10’s up to Under 16’s working closely with the Director Of Football and Regional Talent Centre Director. Has secured a number of awards and nominations at both regional and national level for his outstanding work .

Andy Moore

 Director of Media

Joined the club in 2016 with a view to introducing a new bespoke club website to rival anything outside of the Women's Super League, develop the clubs social media footprint and broker and develop a formal relationship with Derby University and their Journalism and Media department.

Dave Marriott

Operations Director

Joined the club in 2010 and oversees the clubs operational delivery such as kit purchase and distribution, major club events and club partner commitments

Stephen Joughin

Finance Director

Joined the club in 2012 and oversees all matters financial including short, medium and long term profiling for the senior sides and planning for all teams under the Derby County Ladies FC banner.

Sam Griffiths

Director of Football

Joined the club in 2009 as a player. UEFA A Licence qualified coach responsible for overseeing all aspects of the clubs on field delivery including the appointment and mentoring of coaching staff, imbedding the clubs playing philosophies from U10 to senior level and working in partnership with the Derby County Community Trust Regional Talent Centre.

Sheila Rollinson

Club Secretary 

Club founder back in 1990 and heart beat of all matters at Derby County Ladies. Responsible for the clubs administrative obligations from Under 10’s right through to the First Team. Rightly recognised for her ‘ Outstanding Contribution To Women’s Football ‘ at the FA Awards in 2014/15.

Richard Pope

Associate Director

Joined the club in 2015 providing invaluable support to the clubs CEO and each of the Directors, working hard to deliver the club's goals.

Neil Jackson

Commercial Director

Neil joined the club in July 2017 with a solid business and commercial background that will enable the Ewe Rams to seek out opportunities in the Derbyshire region to enhance the profile of Derby County Ladies in the wider community and bring in valuable investment to sustain the clubs growth in the women's game.

Brett Burnton

Media Support

An invaluable member of the team, who has been responsible for the creation and management of the clubs former website. Brett now works n tandem with Andy Moore (Media Director) and Hannah Ward (Social Media Support) in delivering the clubs all important media footprint.
